Hands down the best mexican in the area. Me and my family love coming here on sundays after church. Never have to wait for a table and you get seated instantly Free chips and salsa whenever you're seating Lastly, The staff are great! Ill mention maria in specific... We have been coming here for 12 whole years! I personally have spent some birthdays there. and you get a free dish of syrup, on a sort of chippy, dessert with chocolate sauce and whipped topping ontop! Come here if you're looking for some wonderful food in the area!!!

AlwAys great. The waiters are just what a waiter should be. Perfect timing. I haven’t been there since Friday and writing this makes me want to go now. Perfect patrons margaritas on ice. That’s all you have to say. It’s a family restaurant so only one or two.

El Charro is hands-down the best Mexican restaurant I have ever had, I have been going here since I was a little kid, Maria is probably the kindest server I have ever met, and their food is so amazing. My friend moved away from Mississippi, and every time he visits, we go here because that's how much he misses this place, and its amazing food and recipes. If you are anywhere near this restaurant, and looking for a good Mexican food, then come here, because I don't think there is a better one.

This is THE BEST Mexican place I've ever tried. I've since moved across the country, but when I lived in MS this was my favorite place to go out to eat at. Their food is the best Mexican food I've ever tried hands down. Their servers are kind and friendly, and all the decorations in the restaurant make it a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!!!

5 stars “Delicious, authentic Mexican food and great service!” El Charro Authentic Mexican is a true gem. The food is full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients—everything tastes homemade and authentic. I had the carne asada tacos and they were incredible. The chips and salsa came out fresh, and the guacamole was perfect. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you’re craving real Mexican food, El Charro is the place to go!

The food was excellent and the service was amazing as always. The last several times this year we have been have been excellent. Feels like they cook with real ingredients and even asked us where we prefer to sit. Wonderfully atmosphere for a family.
